Director of Community Resources and Training
Ms. Haid provides staff and student training including new staff orientation, interdepartmental training and ongoing training such as Functional Independence Measure for Children (Wee FIM), CPR, and cultural diversity and sensitivity.
In addition, her responsibilities include overseeing the volunteers and college work/study students, and supervising chaplaincy, Camp Success and the Heasley House.
Before becoming the director in January 2005, Ms. Haid had been the assistant director for nearly eight years and prior to that she was a teacher’s aide and a work/study student in The Day School.
Ms. Haid earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Pittsburgh.
