The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is a non-profit organization helping children with special needs and their families in Western Pennsylvania. It was founded in 1902.
The organization offers educational, behavioral, physical, family support, early intervention and Autism services. In 2023, their staff of 400 team members helped over 8,500 kids and provided $4.4 million in uncompensated care.
In addition, The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is hosting its Hope for the Holidays Gift Drive, which collects presents for children and families in need. Families can be sponsored from Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties.
