About Our Team

The Children’s Institute is a recognized leader in pediatric therapy services because our compassionate and knowledgeable team creates individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of every child and family. Our Physical Health team consists of:

Physical therapists who turn the most advanced techniques and treatments into play to help keep kids engaged with their treatment.

Occupational therapists who work to enhance the abilities of children and young adults in virtually every aspect of their daily lives.

Speech-Language pathologists who help kids build life-enriching communication skills with individualized therapies and services.

Our Work Environment

The Physical Health team spans three campuses across Allegheny and Westmoreland counties: Squirrel Hill (our main campus), Bridgeville, and Irwin. The facilities at each of our campuses include a variety of spaces to accommodate one-on-one appointments as well as larger spaces with equipment for working on various types of therapies. We also offer group meeting spaces for collaboration on client cases.
